the difference in the cult between the 90's and today

Maybe it's because i've been away for 3 years. or it could be something else, idk. but people on here are saying some interesting stuff, like the hardcore extortion, ministers shaking down members, the jet setting, and the dwindling money.
I just discovered recently that the organization is considered a casino venture? is that right? wow. that's like some mafioso shit. straight out of the Godfather II, which was the best one imo. anyway, my point is, there is a clear night and day difference between now and then. i grew up in the cult during the 90's and i'm going to admit that it was "nicer" than how people are describing it post 2017.
what the fuck happened. what's going on here. I knew that they were recruiting ANYONE AND EVERYONE off the street to be ministers. Literally any retard that can read and write became a minister. they were cranking them out like blowjobs at a costco gloryhole.
the one thing i knew about ministers, tho, were that they were soft. soft as baby shit. Extortion and violence? and it could be solely in the philippines. i dont see that here in america. thank god for racist cops, amirite?
back in the 90's my minister...i think his name was jeffery, let us stay in his home during the virginia beach blizzard of 93. nicest dude ever. young couple. he's still a minister today.
Can someone enlighten me on the new ministers and if they're strapped or not?
Love,
