Isle Delfino is probably the best overworld of the 3D Mario games. It's jam-packed with secrets and fun levels, and is just fun to explore. When you inevitably unlock Yoshi and the additional nozzles for FLUDD, there's even more secrets hidden, shines to get, and stuff to find, which can be pretty fun at times.
